Shipping & handling

älskar ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

 

Australian Shipping- 

Orders will be dispatched between Monday - Friday
For metro delivery, please allow 1-3 business for order to be sent out & 3-5 business days for delivery, for rural areas please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery from shipment date.

Standard and Express Australia post shipments will be delivered via e-parcel. you will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Australia post will never leave the parcel unattended unless asked by customer. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri.


International Shipping- 

Your order will be sent via DHL or with Australia Post international.
For international delivery, please allow between 5 to 15 working days.

 

Duties and Taxes-

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to älskar in order to receive a refund. *note we will not refund sale items returned to us*

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 

 

Inventory

In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
In the case a sold out item is purchased you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or preferred resolution.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

You may return your full priced älskar.com.au item if;

. the items are in original condition, with all tags attached
. the items have not been worn, used or washed
. you notify us for a refund within 7 days of receipt
. the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase, or printed email correspondence to ensure your return is accurately identified.
. the items are faulty
. the items received are different to the goods you have ordered

sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note

please note we do not refund SALE goods, these are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

should you wish to return an order purchased with a credit note or gift card (within the 7 day exchange/return period), another credit note or gift card will be provided. 

returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Faulty Items-

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. if you have received an item with a defect please contact alskar@outlook.com.au and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.


please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.


Incorrect Items-
if you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at alskar@outlook.com.au


Exchanges-
we offer exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability. if there is a difference in cost, the customer will be contacted directly via email.

exchanges will only be accepted if;

. the items are in original condition, with all tags attached
. the items have not been worn, used or washed
. you notify us for a refund within 7 days of receipt
. the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 
. the items are faulty
. the items received are different to the goods you have ordered


How To Return -

Please fill out our returns form, we only refund within 7 days and no sale items will be return for refund, credit or exchange. For assistance with your return, please contact customer care alskar@outlook.com.au

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.

If you need to return an item, for security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account. please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

if you have used a gift voucher, you will be re-issued with a gift voucher which valid for 6 months.
